[Icom] Need help/suggestions on IC-2710H problem

I am in need of some help or suggestions on where to look next.  I have
an IC-2710H which had no power out on the 2M side except maybe in low
power.  The power module was replaced and now there is normal power out
in low and medium settings.  In high power however the output basically
pulses.  This is observed on an external watt meter feeding a good dummy
load.  Any thoughts?  At the very least a copy (email scan would be
fine) of the schematics on this rig would help as I am missing this too
and basically shooting in the dark.
