There use to be a tool, donot know what it was called. But it looked like
a pair of twissors, the end, instead of coming together was bent right
angles to the main shafts and the tips thereof were bend to be at right
angle to the main shaft. Hence it could expand to about 1/2in apart and
move the nuts that had a slot across it.
