[Icom] Microphone Jack Tightener

If the mike connector is similar to the one on my Kenwood 221a mobile, I
bought a 5 piece snap ring pliars set from Harbor Tools for $5.00 which worked
for me.  It is designed for internal and external snap rings, but one of the
pieces worked to loosen/tighten the mic connector.
