[Icom] Heil Goldline & VOX

I have no trouble with VOX and the Goldline.  Of course, you have to close
talk the mic.  My VOX settings are VOX Gain:  100%, Anti-VOX:  9%, VOX
delay:  .2.  This will give you a fast acting VOX.
