[Icom] Mod ofr PW-!

Wrong - They referred me back to my dealer.  The dealer didn't have it
either - The DEALER had to get it from Icom, and it was barely readable.  HI
Icom acted like I ruffled their feathers for even asking how to get it.  ;-{

Ameritron did the proof of license thing, but a few months ago, it didn't
work that way with Icom.

I sent Julio the diagram from the service manual and a digital photo of my
board.
