[Icom] External Audio Filter...one more thing

I've found the more audio you pump into the ClearSpeech, the better it likes 
it...in other words, don't be shy about having a good amount of rig volume 
going into the ClearSpeech. If you baby it, the algorithm doesn't do its job 
as well...
