OK.  I am looking for a Communication Radio.  How, where, etc do I find 
such, say for about CA$1000 max.

I would like to be able to monitor ham frequencies, including satilites, 
weather.  In many modes, and ability to conect to computer for maps, pix 
(TV etc) etc.  Now is this a lot to ask for?
