[Icom] 706IIG v FT100D

I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has used BOTH of these radios
mobile in a car/truck...
(need not be at the same time !) ...just looking for an actual experience
report as to the satisfaction level on each by the same operator. I am
anticipating 95% HF work & 5% 2m. It will go into a 2000 Ford Explorer, and
I have been warned about the Ford fuel pump noise.
