Since I see replies here instead of direct, I'll post mine here, too, in the
interest of all...
My IC756ProII 'works as advertised' except my digital recorder has an
underlying 'popping and crackling' as I record my own voice. It records off
the air just fine...but I can't do a clean 'mic generated' recording without
the noise (which is always present, even without modulation). I'll have to
send it in to the factory... :(
The only thing I am not 'used to' on my Pro II is the sound of the cw
note...doesn't sound pure to my ears, due in part to the dsp I'm sure.
Other than that, a big thumbs up!
