Nate; Be careful with this adjustment. I noted you were using a MFJ power meter
and you did not indicate the DUMMY load. This power verification should be done
with an accurate meter and a accurate dummy load. Especially at the 14 MHz test
frequency. You also mentioned that the PO meter in the 756 was low. This meter
does not measure in watts. Only relative power and is usually not linear. Also
the ant tuner must be off as it can degrade the output up to 10 watts. You sure
don't want to end up with a rig that's destroying itself due to inadequate test
equipment. Just a few thoughts from another 756 owner. Good luck and all the
