[Icom] IC751 owners - Help please!

Hello,

If you own the IC751 (not the 751A), have a digital
multimeter and a couple of minutes to spare, please do
read on to help me.

I just need the resistance value between the positive
and the negative lead terminals on the radio
(obviously without the power supply cord
connected)with the power switch on the radio in ON
position.

This will enable me to fix my radio which has a fuse
blowing problem as soon as the radio is switched on.
Looks like some tantalum is shorted, but a value of
resistance at the power lead will help me find out
before switching it actually ON.
