[Icom] Display in a IC-756PROII

I wonder if anyone else has encountered this, and what they may have found 
out...  recently the display in my PROII has developed a shadowed blue 
color, which used to be the black background.  Also, the display is just not 
as crisp as it once was with some of the characters blurred.  I also notice 
a white line forming underneath my main frequency display.  I've tried 
adjusting the menu options for the display, but it doesn't change these 
symptoms.

Any ideas, or internal adjustments?
