Is UX14 installed in your 751A?
If not - you need it first. The simpliest substitute for CT17 that I have
tried was just a couple of transistors. You will find a lot of different
simle interfaces on Ekki's CI-V site. Just do the search in google on CI-v
interface.
If you do not have UX14 look for PIEXX substitute (about 130 $).
