[Icom] 735 RIG control....

I have a 735 transceiver and am building a control interface.  I had
downloaded some software for rig control from QRZ but found that it
won't install.  It seems to be for WIN3.1 and is trying to write to
the Windows directory during setup.

Is there another program that allows control of the 735 that runs in a
modern version of Windows (98 SE)?

Any help would be appreciated.
