The circuit in the 1998 Handbook and the 2001 are different, with the
2001 Handbook one being a development and extension of the earlier
one, to add a BCD decoder for Yaesu use, and other refinements.

Last I looked, PC boards for the earlier unit were available from FAR.

I plan to use the decoder with my ICOM radios to automatically
bandswitch my Herc II amp, as well as select antennas, but I'll use 30A
open-frame relays, such as are available from McMaster-Carr
(http://www.mcmaster.com) for the antenna switching.
