Congrats mike..
I have owned my pro2 for about a year now.. I used to have a kenwood ts0850sat
and it was a great rig. on eof the many things abt the pro2 that I really 
enjoy is the var NR, great on 75M. the scope is also nice, which many people 
like...the user friendly menus and set on the fly can't be beat. read the 
manual and take your time with the pro 2.. it takes a while until you can 
really fly with it.
