[Icom] R71 problem

Hi,
  I  have a R71 receiver,there is a problem,the  display freq number on the
VFD is diffrence between the recve freq(error  is 500KHz), I think it is due
to the 2nd or 3rd osc.Could anyone  tell me how to solved this problem?
