[Icom] 756PRO & Kam XL

I am in need of touching base with someone who uses the Icom 756PRO with the
Kantronics Kam XL for RTTY.  I currently have the XL hooked to my 756PRO via
the 8 pin microphone plug but I want to run RTTY via the ACC(1) jack in the
back of the radio.  I need the pin assignments from the XL to the 8 pin
ACC(1) jack.  I would also like some advice on software that plays well with
both the Icom and the KAM for running all of the digital HF modes.
