Hi,
Think ECU, ABS, fuel pump. First of all use HEAVY gauge power/ground 
cables  and
go directly to battery with in-line fuse on both + and - side. All the 
things are available at the car stereo install. shop.
The very first thing to decide would be whether the QRN is coming thru 
antenna or else.
