Hi Out There,  My IC-706 MK II has a slow tuning problem.  It only tunes

about 1 KHz per dial revolution (as compared to approx 2 KHz before) and

when you flip the dial the speed of freq change no longer speeds up. 
Any ideas on what may cause this?
