[Icom] Mobile Noise Supression Help Needed

I'm still trying to eliminate sources of noise so I can use my MKIIG in the
pickup.  I have found that I am getting some ignition noise and need to
replace the plugs and wires.  I have searched all the usual suspects as far
as auto parts places are concerned and have come up empty.  Has anyone
replaced the plugs and wires in a 2001 Toyota Tacoma V-6?  If so, where did
you get them?  So far, everyone I've talked to says they are not available
for that model and year of Toyota truck.  Help!!!
