[Icom] Heil HM-1

Not unusual. Despite what Heil claims, most of their mics can't drive ICOM 
HF rigs to full output.
I use a mic pre-amp I built to allow my Gold-line to drive my PRO II & PRO 
to the same level that an SM-8 or SM-20 would.
