[Icom] Icom IC756 filter modification: slide show added

I have added a slide show, composed of images supplied by Frank, W3UHF, to
the new IC-756 FL-44A Filter Upgrade page. The slide show illustrates the
Main Unit board before and after the modification. It is linked from the
main page. Go to http://www.qsl.net/icom/ and click button "IC-756 FL-44A
Filter Upgrade", then click on "Slide show".
