[Icom] CT -17 interface

I have been using the ct 17 interface with my icom radios, I have couple a 
questions for the group, on conecting 4 four radios all  Icom.

1) when all four radios our connected to interface they all will match Freq. 
does not matter witch VFO I turn all the radios turn with it .

A Does the ct 17 mute the other radios when in tranmitt mode?

I am running 781 , 775, 706IIG and 756Pro 2  and PW1 amp.

I am using the the seperate inputs on the pw1 with a 2 position switch input 
1 and 2 and using the interface on all , acc 2 is hooked up on only two 
radios one on position 1 and the other position 2.


This way all radios would be on.  I would select position one on the pw1 flip 
the roatry switch to the radio I want to use and talk by pushing the band 
switch on the radio with acc2 conection this would change the band on the 
tuner I am using the RCA conection for input on the pw1 on the inputs and 
they work. 
So again the question does the interface mute the the other radios?
