[Icom] WTB:ICOM IC-275H and IC-575H

There was a 575 on rec.radio.swap. Randy Chavis WB4UNA had it. I believe he
was asking $750 for it. Don't quote me. I'm doing this from memory. I have a
lot of gray hair. :)
