[Icom] Help with SM-6

I recently received an SM-6 microphone and upon
opening it, found that two (red, white) of the three
wires attached to the potentiometer on the cover are
disconnected and there's no output from the mic.  I
would be grateful if someone with a functioning SM-6
could pop the cover and email me describing the proper
connections for the three wires.
