[Icom] Icom 756 Pro II Speaker Options

If the system is an "amplified" speaker system, like many are now days, you 
may never get the RF out of them. Shielding is almost none existent, and 
the amp circuits are prone to RF pick up, best to shut the system off when 
you are on the air.
