[Icom] Icom 775 DX II

Just recently acquired 775 DX II from Japan the radios is new, I just 
completed the band mod with no problems can any one tell me if this unit is 
the same as the usa version the panel lcd is reverse and the mod for the band 
mod is different than what has been posted for USA radios it also has dsp  
and the same options as us version.
I would like too know if this radio as any improvements over the USA radios
