Anthony,

Do not dispair, as my Pro has been through thick and thin.. contests, and 
it is still the best rig ( and I have owned them all ) that I have ever 
owned. It has a different heat sink/fan design and wouldn't be used as a 
major DX rig had it not been perfect. The Clipperton guys would heartily 
disagree with your philosophy.
