[Icom] IC-490A for trade ...

The IC-211 is in really nice shape.  It has some minor scratches but looks
very nice.  I have a manual and a hand mike.  Is the IC-490A in good shape
and working correctly?  If so, I would be willing to trade, we each of us
shipping the other our radios.  If this is acceptable, let me know.
