[Icom] IC-765 button bounce

It isn't just the "1" button - I just picked that one for the example. All=
=20
of the buttons bounce.

Yes, I am a pipe smoker but I NEVER smoke inside as the wife has allergies=
=20
and I'm sensitive to the impact on her. About the only smoke that the rig=20
has been exposed to is from soldering & when the lights go out.

I'd like to tackle the buttons but it doesn't look like it's very easy to=20
remove the front panel so I can get at them.
