[Icom] PIEXX UX-14PX works with R-71 Also

Hi Folks,
  I have tested our UX-14PX serial interface with the IC-R71A receiver
and they play great together. We will be updating the installation
instruction on our web site to show the installation in the IC-R71A
shortly. I hope to check the serial interface in the VHF/UHF rigs in the
near future, I just need to obtain a test radio for the check out.
