[Icom] IC-706mkIIG with both optional filters

Hi Larry,

I have the 500Hz and 350Hz in my 706mkIIG.

Pressing the FIL function switch momentarily in CW mode toggles between
the 500Hz and 350Hz filters.  Holding down the FIL function switch
for 2 seconds selects the built-in wide filter.
