It's resonant if the "decrement" is much longer than it's expected to be.
That's why Echo Boxes have a Prediction Ring. My old spark gap buddy said
this. He also said that one must send slower as the decrement gets longer
so's the dots won't run together. Resonant antennas and other loads terminate
the transmission line better than the other kind does if the transmission line
matches them. Answer is None Of The Above.
