[Icom] RIGBLASTER/ICOM 706 MG II/HELP

After having my rigblaster for a year now i'm not having any fun..

one hold up was i upgraded to general last week,
now i have it all hooked up to my icom, but when i put the icom in vox mode
which is the way i'm using it, it jumps back and forth between rx and tx but
really not transmitting, i'm using winpsk, is this a sampling for the vox?
i talked to ed and he said my vox gain was to high, the default is 5, and i
took it down to one and it still does  it,.

i need to know what to set the
Q1 WHICH I WANT TO USE HALF POWER THIS IS NO PROBLEM BUT
Q2?
Q3?
Q4?
Q5?
Q6
i have the book but know matter what i try it dosen't work the way i think
it should.
DO I HAVE TO TURN THE VOX ON JUST BEFORE TRANSMITTING AND THEN WHEN I'M DONE
TURN IT OFF?
