[Icom] ceramic trimmer caps

Hi,
Dan's small parts in Montana.
When I repelaced them in my 765, I used one close to original value and
another small one mounthing each from both sides of the logic board.
That way samll one acts like fine tuning making the aligment easier.
Also I replace to trim pots on antenna tuner with multi turn which also
makes tuner alignment lot easier.
