[Icom] IC-W31A smoked , need shematic or SM

I have a IC-W31A that was working except seem like the no
output on either band, rec Ok , display etc. No output
on watt meter, but keyed up local repeater right
next to sat rec site. maybe driver stage working.

I hooked it up to 13.8 power supply with proper Icom DC cable
and proper polraity because I was already using on IC-24AT.

I quit working and smoked, I took it apart and looks like 
three devices bad for sure, But I need a service manual
or schematic 

I think it was a problem with DC jack ,charger circuit or finals? 
Anybody have a simliar problem.
