A couple of years ago, I bought an HT from Texas Towers. It arrived dead
on receive (xmit was ok). Phoned them, explained the problem, they had
me return the unit (at my expense) and they replaced it (at their
expense). No problem with them, other than the about $6.00 it cost me to
send it back.
By the way, at the time I bought it, they were about $8.00 cheaper than
any one else ...so I was still a couple bucks ahead.
