This may be a bit off topic for this group
but hope that someone may know of where
I can look to find this information or some
group that may have some information for me.

A good friend has asked me to help him put together
a system with video cameras per below. Anyone know
where a place to start would be for me to find some 
information. The vibration mount is of the most concern
to me.

I was thinking of a way to put a vision camera on both ends of our planter 
with a monitor in the tractor cab.  The cameras would be used to monitor how 
close or far away from the last planter pass we are.  Kind of like a marker 
but more accurate.  I thought that if we could use a camera that would get us 
a 30" wide vision with a cross hair or a center line on it to detect which 
way we were off would be nice.  Some concerns would be dust, moisture and 
vibration.
