[HSMM-COS] Red Cross Node

All,

It sounds like the Red Cross is going to allow a node on their roof. I've
never been to the building and have no idea where it is. Let's start
planning optimal antenna selection and pointing. The St. Francis hospitals
should start moving soon as well.
