[HSMM-COS] Permanent node is up!

Hi Elliot,

   I don't think any of the "interim" nodes have been set-up.   I've
been trying to "ping" TC, but he seems to have fallen off the planet
(playing catch-up after the month off?).   I'm sure we'll hear from him
when he's got some time.

 Until then, the 4 nodes that I know where in (various stages of) works
are (2) hospitals, garbage hill, and the red cross headquarters (8th st).

Mine isn't up yet, but hopefully soon (a few other home tasks to
complete first).
