[HSMM-COS] Galvanic action between galvanized & stainless steel question

Hi guys,
As pointed out in this chart:
http://www.trianglefastener.com/pdf/299.pdf
Stainless & galvanized (zinc) steel are far apart on the scale and
could create a potential difference of 0.4V in the presence of moisture
(rain). The zinc will corrode rapidly.
The Rootenna has stainless mounting hardware, and I'd like to put up
zinc coated (galvanized) pipe for a mast.
Does anyone have an idea as to how to insulate the stainless clamp
brackets from the zinc coated pole that is UV resistant?
Or do you think I should just go with straight steel/iron pipe (lower
galvanic interaction) -- it's also 1/2 the price?
As usual, any thoughts would be appreciated.
