[HSMM-COS] Phone troubles

Hi Elliot,

   Usually the provisioning server has a specific IP or name; the phones
also have a specific username and password to "ftp" (or tftp) their
configuration information.   Do you have any of this?

  What are the phone make & model #'s, and I'll look around and see if I
can find a way to reset them.
