[HSMM-COS] HSMM Email Reflector

Is the issue getting the software for development or that hosting server
needs a specific license key?

I need to load up Wordpress somewhere and mess with it.  I have not really
done anything associated to web page (i.e. HTTP, Blogs, ....etc) since
dropping my domain 10 or so years ago.   I'm just curious about it.
