Hi TC,
I'm not sure you can find an omnidirectional antenna with that much
gain; usually only a directional antenna has that (or more). I've seen
several antennas billed as omnidirectional, but aren't.
These folks claim 15dbi:

which they say gives them 4000' line-of-sight ability (not sure at what
power level; they claim it's good up-to 50 watts).
We may need to-do an antenna "cook-off" to see which really perform.
Does anyone have a portable 2.4GHz signal strength meter?
