[HoustonHam] Wanted: Low power roller inductor - part only.

I am building an experimental short HF antenna ( military whip type) coupler / tuner based on U.Rhonde
design. 
Eventually I'll make it an automatic coupler.
For a prototype I need a low power ( 100 - 250 W / 30 uH ) small roller inductor.
In a pinch a small air core inductor (30uH) with taps would also do. 
I just need something with calculable values.
I do not have any means to measure inductance. 
 
I found some on e-bay , but would prefer to buy one locally.
