Not sure what part of E TX but I had tmobile and had trouble in spots of 59 from Houston to Texarkana. Now I have Verizon and better but not perfect service. I also have an AT&T which also is good but a few dead spots. By combining Verizon and AT&T I have maybe 97% total coverage. Good luck.
