[HoustonHam] PCB coating - local source nr Houston.

OMs,
I would like to coat a corrosion infected PCB to prevent further damage to the board. 
I did clean it as much as I could and now l am looking for a local PCB manufacturer to apply some coating.
Since this is a one time deal, I do not want to buy the stuff by even the smallest quantity.
I just need to apply few square inches by hand, too many IC sockets to mess up. 
Any help would be appreciated. Must be a  local - nr Houston - source!
