This is NOT new news.The Blaze is hyping it for their own use..The EAN
(Emergency Action Notification) has been part of the EAS since EAS has come
online back in the early 90s.but NEVER tested (SHOULD have been used on
9/11..and WASN'T)..The FCC decided it was TIME to test it..this test has
been in the works for over a year or more..
The FCC has warned broadcast stations that if ANY of them miss this, they
WILL get fined.NO excuses period!!
IT IS A TEST and only a test..
Forget the hype and chicken little fears.it's nothing new and should have
been tested AND USED years ago..
All is calm and in order..let the Hype by the right be quiet (and shut them
up!! GEESH I love how they spin things)
