the TX VHF FM Society database shows it running 103.5 (which is what TX 10m
repeaters are supposed to be running under agreement with ARRL VRAC!)
dont know who is Polinski is....but if the 10m rcv --> xmtr is NOT repeating
(connected as a rptr), then it is in violation of its coordination.
